Being in my ‘watching Nordic movies’ period, I saw another great one a few days ago. This time is a new director, Petter Næss, a Norvegian director with few movies so far, but really worth checking out.
‘Elling‘ tells the story of two men coming out of a mental institution and trying to re-adapt to real life and society. One was completely addicted to his mother, who had died, the other one is a virgin in his 40s, insanely obsessed with women.
A very good movie, a ironical comedy, typical to Nordic directors.
