Restaurants in Kaunas

We only spend 2 days in Kaunas and did day trips from the city, but we did spot 2 very nice places to eat out while there.

Vista Puode

this place is exactly what we are looking for in our trips. Small menu, that changes based on the seasonal and local ingredients available. Each dish has its own story, linked to Lithuania and its culinary traditions. A bit of a fine dinning but with way to decent prices.

Zalia Pupa

This is a very nice, small and cosy vegan restaurant open daily from 11 AM and 5 PM. It has a very tasty small menu, but plenty to chose from in terms of soups, salads, main dishes and desserts.
