Ingredients:
Zuchini
Potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Eggs
Flour
Parsley

I grated all the vegetables:

I put the grated vegetables in a bowl, added 2 eggs, some chopped parsley, 2 spoons of flour and mixed everything.

Then I made small balls and put them in a frying pan and fried them about 15 minutes at a low fire:

The result:

They are better served cold with a bit of mustard and vinegar sauce.
