What to cook when you have fresh vegetables from your mother’s garden and you don’t know what to do with them 🙂 First I wanted to cook a vegetables tortilla, but I didn’t find at the supermarket the dough, so I opted for a pie dough.
Finally a relaxed weekend with time to go to the market and buy fresh vegetables and time to cook a delicious dinner.
Spinach soup is a very fast and easy dish, full of vitamins and energy. I cooked it last night as I was in the mood for something delicious, but light.

This weekend, I cooked something for lunch, simple and quick. Chicken rolls with garlic, basil and zucchini and vegetables packages in the oven.
