Eggplants, tomatoes and Camembert Cheese
I used for the first time Alina’s oven with a brand new recipe : Eggplants, tomatoes and Camembert Cheese
Ingredients:
Tomatoes (3 – 4 pieces)
Eggplants (1 – 2 pieces)
Camembert Cheese
Garlic
Basil
In a Jena bawl, I put a spoon of olive oil and then I put layers of sliced tomatoes, sliced eggplants and sliced cheese. Among each layer I put small pieces of garlic and cut basil. The top layer should be a cheese layer, to form a crust in the oven.
It has to be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 – 50 minutes.
The result:
It should be served with a glass of semi-dry white wine!
