Vegetables Rolls
Mother cooked today a delicious dish : vegetables rolls made of grated zucchini, eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, onions and an egg, mixed all together and fried for about 20 minutes in a frying pan.The dough was made of flour, eggs, water and yeast, mixed together.
In the spread dough, you put the fried mix of vegetables and then roll it and put it in the oven for about an hour.
