I received the best feedback so far from my boyfriend for this recipe, so it’s really worth posting it on the blog. He even said that the trout was more delicious that the one we have at a famous restaurant in Romania. The ingredients for all this : chicken breast, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cheese, fresh basil.
Mother cooked today a delicious dish : vegetables rolls made of grated zucchini, eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, onions and an egg, mixed all together and fried for about 20 minutes in a frying pan.The dough was made of flour, eggs, water and yeast, mixed together.
