Spinach Pie

Quick, healthy and easy to make recipe. Unfortunately, it was so delicious that there wasn’t any left to take a photo with the result. It was eaten in no time, so I don’t have a final version of the pie, but here are the steps to prepare it.

Ingredients for a large Jena bowl (approximate dimensions : 12 x 25 x 5 cm):

frozen spinach (700 – 800 grams)

4 eggs

goat cheese ( 200 grams)

1 onion

garlic (as much as you like)

green onions

sour cream(2 spoons)

parsley and dill

frozen pie sheets (I don’t know exactly how it’s called in English, but you have the picture above:)

I put the onion in a frying pan together with the spinach until it was unfrozen.

I let it to cool a little and then, in a bowl, I put the spinach with the eggs, the goat cheese, the garlic, the green onions, the sour cream, the dill and parsley. I mixed them all together and added some salt and pepper.

Then I put a layer of pie sheets in the Jena bowl to cover it and put the mix inside.

I covered everything with another layer and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
