Lentil Cream Soup
New attempt of cooking vegetable dishes, this time is lentil soup.
Ingredients :
- 200g red lentil
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 parsnip
- 1 celery
- galic
I put the lentil to boil for about 40 minutes and for the other vegetables I cut them in small pieces and put them also to boil. Afterwards I just put everything in the blender and mix until it becomes a paste. It can be more or less liquid, depending on how you like it and how much water you want to add.
