The Bolii Cave has been recently rehabilitated and is now open for visiting. Close to the Bănița Gorges, it’s only a short visit, so why not stop by if you are in the area.

The cave is situated in the north part of Petroșani, 6 kilometers away, where the Retezat Mountains meet the Sebeș Mountains.

The cave is only about 400 meters long, but it is crossed by the Jupâneasa river on its entire length.

Being recently rehabilitated, there are bridges and lighting so there is no danger to go inside and visit.
