Weekend cooking
This weekend, I cooked something for lunch, simple and quick. Chicken rolls with garlic, basil and zucchini and vegetables packages in the oven.
The ingredients for all this : chicken breast, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cheese, fresh basil.
For the chicken rolls I just used some chicken breast file in which I put some chopped zucchini, chopped garlic and basil, rolled them and fixed them with a toothpick.
For the vegetables packages, I sliced the zucchini, eggplant, onions, tomatoes and cheese and put them one on top of the others with some garlic and basil.
I put them in the oven for about 40 minutes at high temperature and they look like this :
