Vegetables Pie

What to cook when you have fresh vegetables from your mother’s garden and you don’t know what to do with them 🙂 First I wanted to cook a vegetables tortilla, but I didn’t find at the supermarket the dough, so I opted for a pie dough.

Ingredients :

– tomatoes

– potatoes


– red onions

– zuchinni

– red pepper

– yellow pepper

– hot pepper

– mushrooms

– cheese

– pie dough

I cut all the vegetables in small pieces and mixed them all together with the cheese in a bowl. I also added a bit of salt and pepper.

I put the mix on the dough and rolled it and put it in a baking tray.

Put it in the oven at about 180 degrees for an hour and this is what came out :
