Tbilisi needed less than 2 days to convince us that it deserves to be in our top cities in Europe to come back to and explore more. We had the same connection with this place as we have been having with Belgrade for the last couple of years. Still not very touristic, super easy to walk around, lots of cool places to eat out and drink, very decent prices, excellent vibe.

Our 5th day in Georgia was dedicated to exploring a bit the area around Kutaisi. As there’s plenty to see in the region, monasteries, caves, canyons, lots of forests and roads going up and down, we had a full day of staying outdoor, walking a lot and admiring the view.

Like every capital city that respects itself, Vilnius has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, pubs and bars. The first step in discovering the authentic ones is to go to the Tourism Office in Vilnius and ask for the ‘Lithuanian Food and Beer in Vilnius’ Brochure which will give you a full list of places to eat out (from traditional to fine dine dinning) and to taste some of Lithuania’s best beers. I never say No to a trip to Italy, as it still is, in my perspective, the perfect destination in Europe to have everything you wish for – history, culture, superb urban and rural destinations, sea and mountains, green fields and scenic routes, amazing gastronomy, so much good wine and lots of sun (the last one a bit debatable in the recent years with all the global warming).
