Since I wrote about our 2018 travels outside of Romania, it seemed legit to offer Romania its 15 minutes of fame and have a summary of the places we checked out in the country last year. Our second day of visiting Lithuania started after the electronic music festival we attended. As we were still recovering a bit, it was a short day, with just a few stops. Also the weather was not the ideal one, with clouds and a bit of rain, considering that what we had planned for this day was to stay mostly outdoor.

Just 60 kilometers and one hour and a half away by train, Alberobello is a must when visiting Bari and the Puglia region in Italy. One day trip is more than enough to wonder on the hills and around this “gnome” looking village.

I’ve been to Novi Sad some 10 years ago as a volunteer for one of Europe’s biggest music festivals, Exit. I don’t remember many things about the city from back then, but I do recall that I liked the city and its atmosphere, so that’s why we decided to pay Novi Sad a new visit while in Belgrade.
