Tamarit Pasta

Last week, during our lovely vacation in Spain, I cooked some sea food pasta, somewhere at the sea side, about 80 kilometers away from Barcelona, in a place called Altafulla – Tamarit.

Ingredients :

Pasta (spaghetti)

Mix of frozen sea food bought from the supermarket(squids, shrimps, octopus etc)

Mushrooms

Butter (instead of olive oil)

Cheese creame (Almette, Phliadelphia or any other kind)

In a frying pan I put the butter. After it melted I put the mushrooms cut into pieces and the sea food mix and let it boil for about half an hour. Then I added the cheese cream and boil everything for another 10 – 15 minutes.

In the meantime I boiled the pasta for about 15 minutes and then mixed it with the sea fruits and mushrooms.

On top of it I added some mozzarella and sliced green garlic and parsley.

And the result :

Enjoy !
