La Cuptor is a new restaurant that just opened about a month ago in Sibiu and a girls night out seemed like the perfect occasion to give it a try.

The place looks very cosy and warm, with simple decorations, but classical and tasteful. As for the menu, we liked it. Just a few dishes, not a very big menu, but tasty and very careful to the way the ingredients are combined.

We mostly tried the chicken dishes and some of the soups, but they also have pork, beef and fish and sea food. They also have quite a big selection of wines, also some international very good ones, so this is a perfect place for a quiet and tasty dinner.

I found the price range just a bit higher than what is normally in Sibiu, but still quite affordable. We paid around 10 EUR for soup, main course and wine.
