Because good music goes well together with good food, Mozaic Jazz Festival and Eat Local collaborate to bring up two culinary events during the festival:

Bacon and onion @ Cristian Fortified Church, 11.11.2017
Bacon and onion is actually the most common culinary combination in Transylvania. Experience plenty varieties of both local products and taste old recipes made with the two beloved ingredients (book at eat-local.ro).

Flavours and Sounds of Transylvania @ Gușterita Fortified Church, 12.11.2017
The event is hosted by the Protestant Community of Gusterita and the starts at 11:30 a.m with a coffee and hanklich, a local traditional cake. Shortley after there is a concert in the fortified church with songs about the aromatic plants. The music and the garden also inspire our menu, we choose as ingredients some typical products from the region and old, redesigned recipes for the vegetarian buffet (book at eat-local.ro).
