Lately I’ve been making all sorts of pies, and this time I tried the mushroom pie.

Ingredients :

  • mushrooms (about 400g) – fresh or from the can
  • sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • cheese (depending on what you have or what you like more)
  • green onions
  • fresh leek
  • pie dough (I normally buy frozen dough from the supermarket, but you can also prepare it yourself)
  • dill and parsley

I received the best feedback so far from my boyfriend for this recipe, so it’s really worth posting it on the blog. Spinach soup is a very fast and easy dish,  full of vitamins and energy. I cooked it last night as I was in the mood for something delicious, but light.

Ingredients:

Fresh or frozen spinach – about 400  grams

2 carrots

1 celery

1 parsnip

2 potatoes

Sour cream

Fresh milk

Mother cooked today a delicious dish : vegetables rolls  made of grated zucchini, eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, onions and an egg, mixed all together and fried for about 20 minutes in a frying pan.The dough was made of flour, eggs, water and yeast, mixed together.

In the summer time, in Romania one of the best dishes is boiled corn.

Simple to cook, just put some corn in a cooking pan and boil it for about 2 hours. Then let it cool a little, add some salt and start eating 🙂
